1 Notifications
In LetsGrow.com you can send
notifications in three ways:
- Scheduled, on a regular basis
(available for charts and reports).
- One-time, including a message
(available for charts and reports).
- Conditional, add a notification
when a specific condition occurs (available for charts).
You can view an overview of your notifications by navigating to the Notifications menu (sixth icon in the navigation menu)
You can add a notification by
clicking the three dots behind the charts (highlighted in red) and selecting
‘Send as notification’, or by going to the desired overview and choosing ‘Send
as notification’ there.
Or: Go to the three dots in a
chart and then click ‘Send as notification’ (highlighted in red)
- Or: In an overview, go to ‘Send
overview as email’ (highlighted in red).
In the next screen you can choose
from one of the three options:
• Scheduled, on a regular basis (available for charts and reports)
• One-time, including a message (available for charts and reports).
• Conditional, add a notification when a specific condition occurs (available for charts)
1.1 Scheduled
You can send charts/overviews on a scheduled basis. In this screen, you can adjust several things:
• Subject: change the subject name.
• Recipient(s) email / SMS: add the addresses that should receive the notification.
• Select user (red box).
• Add new addresses (blue box).
• Choose daily, weekly or monthly, add the time and the repetitions (yellow box).
• Select the orientation of the notification (green box).
• Select how you want to send the email (orange box).
• Choose whether you want to send the attachment as a PDF, Excel or image file (purple box).
Finally, choose ‘Save and send’ to send the email immediately, or ‘Save’ to save it and send it automatically when the first scheduled date is reached.
1.2 One-time
• Subject: change the subject name.
• Recipient(s) email / SMS: add the addresses that should receive the notification.
• Select known users.
• Add new addresses (blue box).
• Optionally write a note you want to add to the chart or report you are going to send (red box).
• Select the orientation of the notification (green box).
• Select how you want to send the email (orange box).
• Choose whether you want to send the attachment as a PDF, Excel or image file (purple box).
1.3 Conditional
Conditional notifications are only applicable for charts.
You can also send the conditional SMS notification to your phone number.
A phone number starts with your country’s area code, followed by max. ten digits (example: 0642945882).
• Subject: change the subject name.
• Recipient(s): add the addresses or phone numbers that should receive the notification.
• Select known users (yellow box).
• Add new addresses (blue box).
• Select the conditions under which you want to receive a notification (orange box).
• Optionally enter a minimum value if applicable.
• You will see a preview of when you will receive the notification (pink box).
• Select the days on which you want to receive a notification (purple box).
• Select how you want to send/receive the email (as attachment, in the message, or both).
Finally, choose ‘Save and send’ to send the email immediately, or ‘Save’ to save it and automatically send it once the first condition is met.
