Copying a crop group for the start of a new crop season.
A crop
group shows a crop(s). When the season has ended, the data is no longer updated
in the crop group.
When a new season has a similar crop, the crop group can easily be copied on
the MyLetsGrow platform.
When copying the crop group, the crop, members and all elements are copied to
the new season.
Follow the steps below to do this.
1. Go to the menu 'crop groups' and select the options menu in the upper right corner and choose 'manage crop groups'.
2. Then
press on the copy symbol 
of the crop group you wish to copy.
3. Confirm by clicking on 'copy'. All the data, visual elemenents and crops of the crop groups are now copied. The year of the crop group and the start and end date of the crops are automatically adjusted by one year.
4. If
necessary, you can now adjust the name, start and end date of the new crop(s)
by clicking on the pencil symbol 
.
5. Your new crop group is now ready and you can see it in the crop groups menu.
You
can archive the old crop group by going to the menu crop groups and clikcing on
the 3 dots on the right of the crop group and choosing archive as you can see
below. The crop group will now the be in the category "archive" in
the crop group menu. To dearchive the crop group, go to the archive and press
the 3 dots menu and choose 'archive automatically'. The crop group will then
appear again in the crop group menu.
