To see the tickets of your team (if there are multiple accounts within the team) you can click on the drop down and you can switch between "My Tickets" and "Team Tickets". When switching to "Team Tickets" you will be able to view all tickets of the team and also leave comments on them for both colleagues and the servicedesk of LetsGrow.com.
