How to create support ticket

There are two ways to submit a ticket: via the platform and via email or phone call. Below is an explanation of how to submit a ticket using both methods.

1. Submitting a ticket via the platform
  1. Navigate to the page where the issue occurs or where you have a question.
  2. Click the "Support" button at the top right of the platform
  3. Choose "Submit a ticket"

Please also include what you’ve already tried to resolve the issue yourself.


2. Submitting a ticket via email or by phone call
Are you submitting the ticket via email or by phone call? Then be sure to include the following information:

  • A clear description of the question or issue

  • Screenshots that clarify the question or issue

  • The account you are logged into

  • The page you are viewing

  • The crop group you are in

  • What you’ve already tried to solve the issue yourself

  • Whether you’ve already contacted a colleague (and who)
