How to Link or Register with a Microsoft Account in LetsGrow
To provide secure and convenient access, LetsGrow allows users to log in using their Microsoft account. This document outlines the process for accessing LetsGrow with a Microsoft account.
Select the option to sign up with Microsoft
Choose your Microsoft account to connect with LetsGrow
Accept the required permissions
Once permissions have been accepted, the user is required to enter their display name and agree to the specified terms and conditions.
Note: If available, the display name provided by Microsoft will be pre-populated.
Users are automatically logged into LetsGrow after creating an account.
Note: Usernames are generated from the Microsoft email and a random number.
The Microsoft account must not already be linked to another LetsGrow account. A warning message will show that we are not able to link the account.
If you encounter the following error message, please consider the two solutions below:
If an account already exists with your Microsoft email address, log in to link your existing account to Microsoft (refer to the next step).
If you are creating a new account, please open the registration page to complete the sign-up process with your Microsoft credentials.
Login to LetsGrow with your username and password
Go to Settings → Profile in your LetsGrow account.
Click the option to link your Microsoft account.
Choose a Microsoft account to connect with LetsGrow
The Microsoft account you want to link must not already be linked to another LetsGrow account.
Currently, it is not possible to unlink a Microsoft account once linked.
Once you've set up a new Microsoft account or connected Microsoft to your existing LetsGrow account, you can log in by clicking the Continue with Microsoft button on the login page.
Microsoft can also be used to login in to the LetsGrow apps. You only don’t have the option to create a new account with the app.
Logging in with Microsoft is an optional feature. Users may alternatively choose to sign in or create an account using a username and password. However, certain company policies may mandate authentication through Microsoft.
