Restoring Your Data Connection with LetsGrow.com

If your data connection with LetsGrow.com is interrupted, follow the steps below to restore functionality. These instructions apply to systems using the LetsGrow Data Retriever or LetsGrow Connector.


1. Verify Tool Status

  1. Locate the LetsGrow icon in the system tray (bottom right corner of your screen).
  2. Check the icon color:
    • 🟢Green — The tool is active and functioning correctly.
    • Grey or missing — The tool is inactive or not running. Proceed to restart the tool.

2. Review Application Messages

  1. Open the LetsGrow Data Retriever or Connector from the taskbar or start menu.
  2. Review any displayed error or status messages.
  3. Take note of any warnings or connection issues indicated in the interface.

3. Restart the Tool

  1. Close the current instance of the Data Retriever or Connector.
  2. Double-click the LetsGrow shortcut on your desktop to restart the application.
  3. Wait a few moments for the connection to reinitialize.

4. Check Internet Connectivity

  1. Confirm that your control system (e.g., iSii, IIVO, or ECONOMIC) is connected to a stable internet connection.
  2. If there is no internet access, restore the connection before restarting the LetsGrow tool again.

5. Contact Support

If the issue persists after performing the above steps:

  • If you received an email about the connection interruption, you will automatically receive another notification once the connection is restored.
