In order to view your submitted tickets (also refered to as "ticket history") you will have to go to the customer portal of LetsGrow.com by clicking the following link: https://support.letsgrow.com/portal/en/home. After clicking the link you will be forwarded to the homepage of the ticket portal where you can click on "Tickets" (outlined with red in image 1). You will than be taken to your ticket overview as shown in image 2.
