Once your crop varieties and compartments are configured, go to the main page of Strategy Manager by clicking on the house icon on the top left of your screen. On the main page, you can create a new strategy by clicking on the green button “+ New strategy” on the top right. A pop-up screen opens where you create a new strategy.

In the pop-up screen, you have to choose the company location, crop compartment(s), crop type and variety where you want to make a strategy for. You can also give the strategy a brief description or a name. Finally, there is the option of using your historical crop data. This option can only be used if you were in contact with our Service Desk and your historical data is complete enough. A data check for sufficient quantity and quality is done.

Once this is done, you click on “Save” and your first strategy has been created. This is the “Make version” page of Strategy Manager. The “Make version" page has both a Crop tab and an Energy tab. On the left top of the screen, you can see in which tab you currently are and you can switch between the tabs by simply clicking on Crop or Energy.
